meet mr langston… he’s been in this world for six months and we happen to love his parents. a lot. so lucky to have gotten to be a part of their lives for the past four years!! and this lil guy…. look at that smile! nothing like a Happy Baby! (and it was Not warm out and langston couldn’t have cared less!) seriously, love you allison and eric! you have one CUTE KID!

(and allison is a phenomenal wedding coordinator…. just sayin….)

this past november i got to do kaylyn’s one year session! its sweet because i got to also do her newborn session! i just Love this family!! they live in our neighborhood so i’ve gotten to see her at neighborhood get-togethers and we’ve gotten to babysit her a few times! i hope to get to photograph her many many more years! here are some of my favs from her session AND some pictures from her book! : )

the tozer family…. ahhhh… Love. Them. when one photographer contacts another photographer for a session, thats like the Ultimate compliment! rebekah has a photography busniess here in raleigh and focuses on children and families. here is the link to her blog…. rebekah tozer photography  so for her to want US to photograph Her family, well i have to say i was a Little (or a lot but who’s counting) nervous about it! but her family is almost identical to OUR family… big. and a little bit of “she had them” and “he had them” and then we made this little one ourselves! sound familiar?? so naturally i was instantly connected to them. we had a Blast at their session! their kids were SO easy to photograph! and i loved their outfits and how much they totally trusted us to do whatever. and since their session rebekah has been a dream to me! when i have to vent about something, she completely gets where i’m coming from. she’s a mom doing the same thing i am doing, trying to run a busniess and take care of a lot of kids at the same time. i really am grateful that she came into my life!! sorry for this long post, but i loved their images and there were a lot of people in this session, so i get a pass for posting lots of pictures, right?? ….deep breath…. here goes!!

OH, and rebekah now holds a little piece of ME!  she is the proud owner of my D700.  and i’m Thrilled its in her hands!!  : )

oh how i LOVED shooting this family!! and i Love their images from it even tho it was only a 30 min session! this mom was one of the most patient mommas i have ever been around! these Adorable kids weren’t completely into having their picture taken, but some dancing gummy bears got them laughing! i hope to be able to do a full session for them in the future!! (sidenote… excellent wardrobe choices!!)

tis the season for family mini-sessions!!  we have photographed both their families (shelley’s and jonathan’s) in the past couple years and five months ago the two of them brought baby winston into the world!!  LOVE his name!  and he was SO good as we did their session!  lucky us photographing gorgeous people with gorgeous babies!  : )

i got to photograph miss madelyn IN the belly…. (may have been one of my FAV maternity shoots!)

……and now at one year!!   i can’t believe a year has gone by already!  and miss madelyn was just the Cutest thing today!   meghan and wes, you have one terrific little girl on your hands!  i hope you love your shots from today…. i told you i got some good ones despite her wishes to do other things today… like eat peachy astronaut food!  love you guys!  please give miss madelyn a big hug from me on her birthday!!  xxoo, jamie
