tis the season for family mini-sessions!!  we have photographed both their families (shelley’s and jonathan’s) in the past couple years and five months ago the two of them brought baby winston into the world!!  LOVE his name!  and he was SO good as we did their session!  lucky us photographing gorgeous people with gorgeous babies!  : )

i got to photograph miss madelyn IN the belly…. (may have been one of my FAV maternity shoots!)

……and now at one year!!   i can’t believe a year has gone by already!  and miss madelyn was just the Cutest thing today!   meghan and wes, you have one terrific little girl on your hands!  i hope you love your shots from today…. i told you i got some good ones despite her wishes to do other things today… like eat peachy astronaut food!  love you guys!  please give miss madelyn a big hug from me on her birthday!!  xxoo, jamie

sunday we got to visit sweet baby landon again!  malinda and matt have him on our first year plan, and this time was his six month session!  love his sweet smile and his blue blue eyes!!  here is  a sneak peek for them!  : )

i can’t believe that today zack is EIGHTEEN months old!!!!  gracious time Flies!!  we haven’t been very good in the last few months with getting pics of him.  maybe because i tend to shoot mostly outside and its been Freezing.  or maybe because we’ve been so busy with christmas.  or maybe because he’s the fourth kido.  for whatever reason, one of our goals this year is to shoot the kids more.  ALL the kids.  but since today is zack’s 18 month birthday, he gets the camera today!  and today, he’s in the tub!  : )

we love you little Z!!  can’t believe you are getting to be our Big Boy!!!   xxx0x0, ma and da

sweet lil blue eyed mason…. mason’s parents, kristin and zack, are part of an INCREDIBLE family we have gotten to know this year… we married jess and kyle this september and in the process met kyle’s sister, krisitin, and her husband zack!  they have the Cutest lil guy named mason!  richie got to shoot mason’s six month session back in the summer and now he’s ONE year old!  yesterday we got to travel out to emporia, virginia to meet them at their family’s lakeside home and do his one year session!  he was a little fussy inside so we wrapped him up and took him outside for a few shots and those ended up being some of our favs!  here are just a few shots for their sneak peek… MANY more to come!!

today richie drove over to greenville to meet sadie and her parents jeanine and blaise.  sadie turned one on october seventh and we were thrilled to get the email from her that one of our brides for next year recommended us for her one year old shoot!   here is a quick sneak peak for them!  she is sooo cute!  i hate i had to miss it today!

friday night richie and i got to meet up at UNC campus in chapel hill to shoot two Gorgeous sisters, julia and anna.  there was no lack of energy here, and while they did challenge richie and i a little, there was so much laughter and giggling and silly faces that we can’t say it wasn’t a Super fun time!!  little julia is such a ball of happy energy… so playful and independent, and Very smart!  but she was a camera avoider and wasn’t too impressed with our camera!    big sister anna was so sweet with her little sister, and so patient with her sillyness… you can certainly tell there is a huge bond between these two!   after some shots around campus, we hit up “sugarland” for some gelato, the girls first time experiencing gelato!  here are some of our favorite images of these beautiful girls….

and then we were off for gelato…. Mmmmm……
